This is a great piece of gear to have in your vehicle. I leave Wagan 400-Watt in the back of the truck and it’s always being charged by the cigarette lighter when the truck is on the road. I’ve used the 12V power output, and the inverter for AC power a few times. As a test, I ran a 17″ macbook pro for 1.5 hours!!! It has an AM/FM radio with an ipod input and a USB charger too. The USB charger can run other USB devices like fans, a light, etc… The speaker is not great, but it’s good enough to listen to podcasts while working around the garage. The compressor just came in handy for a tire that was low on my wife’s car. I haven’t used the jumper cables yet, but I’m sure if someone asks me for a jump start and I pull this thing out, they will be buying one of these units of of Amazon the next morning. The Amazon price was $106 US delivered. At that price, I think everyone should have one of these in their car and maybe another one in their garage. The compressor comes with a “pin” for blowing up basketballs or footballs. I added a package of 15amp fuses in the compartment where the air hose lives for backups to the built in fuse in the unit. The unit also has an LED worklight that could come in handy in a pinch. My only wish for this item would be that if it had a small lid on the top that allowed access to a tool area for screw drivers or pliers, fuses, spare keys, etc…
